Goldenrod is used to reduce pain and swelling (inflammation), as a diuretic to increase urine flow, and to stop muscle spasms. It is also used for gout, joint pain.
Ingredients: Goldenrod, linden flower, eleuthero root, ginkgo leaf, peppermint leaf, cinnamon and gentian root.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
